Residential Garbage Bin Cleaning, Trash Can Cleaning, and Power Washing Services

How do I sign up?

Simply go to my account or to services and plans.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel from your account on our website or by texting us or calling us. Keep in mine the monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly service requires a minimum of 3 visits after that you can cancel anytime.

My bin was not spotless after my service was done.

Some bins have not been cleaned in years. On rare occasions, it may take a few cleanings to remove the buildup grime. Please note that some stains, such as paint of dried tart, cannot be completely removed by our cleaning services.

Can I change my billing method?

Yes, you can do that from your account on our website or by calling or texting us.

Can I gift a cleaning to a friend or neighbor?

Yes, we would be happy to help you set up the gift service if in our route. Please contact us with the address of the cleaning, and we can add the service to your existing account for billing of it is a one-time cleaning service fee we can accommodate that as well.

Are they any contracts?

Nope, you can cancel at any time. But when signing up for a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly service, there is a 3 visits minimum required. After that, you can cancel anytime.

Can you work with HOAS?

Yes, we can accommodate cleaning services for HOAS.

Are you Eco-friendly?

Yes, our cleaning system heats water to 200 degrees, and we run our machine at 3500 psi with helps blast of the dirt right of the bins. We use only biodegradable, eco-friendly cleaning products; all of the ingredients are natural and environmentally safe. All wastewater and debris are properly disposed of daily.

What if my trash and recycle are not pick up the same day?

When you schedule your cleaning service, you will be given the option to select a second collection day.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 10% discount for our monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly service when paid for a year in advance, when you select the annual plans the amount is adjusted with the discount.

When will you clean my trash bins/cans?

When you sign up you are required to select the day of the collection, so we can schedule your cleaning for the business following day.

Will I be notified of the day of the cleaning?

You will receive an email with the date of your cleaning schedule, and on the day of the cleaning, you will receive a text message.

Can I alternate or rotate bins each cleaning cycle on my service cleaning plan?

Sorry, but no. Each container has its own ID number. Only the bin that is on the account will be cleaned. You can always add another bin for $10.

What if my bins have trash on the day of the cleaning service?

We would prefer the bins to be empty. Occasionally, our technicians will remove 1 or 2 bags, clean your bins, and place the bags back again.
We reserve the right to refuse service if there is: 

  • Unbagged trash, including excessive loose trash, yard clippings, diapers, or animal waste
  • Hazardous waste
  • Building material

What if your truck does not show up on the scheduled service date?

We would notify you as soon as possible, we can credit you for that visit, or we can reschedule for the next available date.

How would I know when my cans have been clean?

We would send you a message prior to arrival.
